—A Successful Conclusion of 2009 Training on New Staff from the East China Area
The marketing department of Hersbit Chemical organized an 8-day training for the new staff from east China area which last from July 10 until 17, 2009. This training was held in Changshu office. The president of Hersbit Chemical wrote the motto for this training, to be the current and emerging successful partners of Hersbit Chemical.
Training was divided into three parts, including theoretical study, simulation training and outdoor experience.
Theoretical study
During the training, Ma Guozhen, the senior vice president of Hersbit Chemical extended warm welcome to the new staff. Meantime, he hoped that the new staff could adapt to the new environment quickly, and courageously accept challenges. The new staff were divided into 8 teams. Each team had its distinctive name. They all gained greatly from the theoretical study, including the history and policy of the company, products and suppliers, resource and tools within the company, process and skills of sales, process of procurement, logistics and warehouse. During the training, the new employees took the floor one after another and communicated adequately with each other
Simulation training
To better apply the theoretical knowledge in to practice, the new employees received simulation training on telemarketing, visiting customers and receiving customers. Each team learned from mistakes and actively participated in the training. The seventh team
007 distinguished themselves extremely well. Through simulation training, the new employees had a general idea of real sales, which was very helpful to push the work forward.
Outdoor experience
The outdoor experience was taken by both senior employees and new employees. They were divided into 4 teams. The experience includes buttocking, electrical net, stop bridge, etc. Each team was not afraid of difficulties and tried their best to achieve the goal. After this outdoor experience, everyone realized that it was a challenge and self-transcendence. It was also a training to enhance team cohesion. Through this training, everyone realizes that common efforts are necessary to the success of the company. Everyone needs to work hard to contribute to the company.
Although training only last 8 days, each participant was more confident in their future work after this training. To praise excellent performance of the members during training, Ma Guozhen, the senior vice president of Hersbit Chemical, Mao bo, PRM sales director for east China area, Shen Mengchuan, PRM product director awarded team 007 as the excellent team, Li Haifeng and Pan Liqun as excellent individuals, Zhang Xiaokun as the excellent cadres. They received certificate of honor and a famous book called The Effective Executive as the prize. Hersbit Chemical is just like a new ship. Every employee is willing to contribute to the voyage of the ship and to forge ahead courageously to realize the goal of becoming the largest platform for chemical distribution business in China.
