On February 21, 2009, Mr. Huang Yuzheng, Technology President of Hersbit Chemical was invited to give a speech at Huaqiao University. The speech, titled “How to succeed in Interview”, was designed to help the college students to get through their interviews. Mr. Huang spent ten years in his life in North America, first as a job hunter, then made his way to chief interviewer, experienced a leap forward from grass root to accepted interviewer in North America, First Chinese Interviewer. He used quite a few real stories to illustrate the key concepts of the modern practice popular in the West. His speech included the concepts, mistaken ideas, processes, details and skills, solutions and was well received by the students.
