Shanghai Hersbit Chemical Co., Ltd. and Synthron Chemical (Sinoprox) signed a strategic cooperation Agreement at NCM Guangzhou Office on the morning of May 29, 2014. After Ms. Cai, NCM Vice President and Mr. Huang Yongjie, the General Manager of Synthron Chemical jointly signed the “Strategic Cooperation Agreement”, two parties officially initiated the cooperation.
