NCM attending AICM Member Congress & Signing Ceremony for "Beijing Declaration of Responsible Care"

Association of International Chemical Manufacturers (AICM) member congress was successfully held in Shanghai on Mar. 21, 2013. NCM was invited to participate in this congress. As an international chemical association, AICM has 48 members who opened their manufacturing plants in China. The actual investment and the total investment amount in contract in China of these international chemical manufacturers are over USD150 billion. AICM fully recognized NCM`s industry position and NCM`s social responsibilities, so they invited NCM to attend this congress. On behalf of the company, NCM P2 Product Director Mr. Lin Jin and other representatives attend this congress During the congress, leaders from Ministry of Environmental Protection made splendid speech on current environmental protection and the importance of responsible care of chemical industry. Ten AICM members signed an agreement named "Beijing Declaration of Responsible Care". NCM and other members witnessed the signing ceremony. "Responsible Care" is happened spontaneously by the Chemical industry. The participated enterprises communicated with all related partners through their chemical associations. They are aiming to improve daily production process for healthier, safer, more environmental friendly products. Moreover, they are willing to take the relevant social responsibility. By now, there are 40 enterprises who signed "Beijing Declaration of Responsible Care". The AICM Chairman, our supplier partner & Dow Corning’s Greater China President Mr. Zhang Kangming said in his speech, “As an observer of ICCA, AICM is dedicated to promote Responsible Care in China so as to cultivate a Chinese Chemical industry with sustainable development”. After the congress, NCM P2 Product Director Mr. Li Jin held friendly communication with organizer and all participated representatives of different enterprises. AICM fully confirmed NCM’s efforts for the sustainable development in China. Meanwhile, AICM expressed that it would like to further cooperate with NCM. As a leading & high-end Chinese Chemical distributor, NCM held pleasant communication with many senior officers of our suppliers who participated in the congress, too. Both parties are quite confident about the future cooperation.
