As being invited by Nanjing University leaders, NCM delegation attended the "Best Partner of Nanjing University on Graduate Employment 2012" Award Ceremony in Nanjing University on Dec 21, 2012. This ceremony was the highest level meeting of the employment work of Nanjing University. Mr. Hong Yinxing, the CPC Party Secretary of Nanjing University, personally present the prizes to all winners.
Nanjing University paid great attention to graduate employment and employment quality. "Best Partners of Nanjing University on Graduate Employment" are chosen from those organizations or companies which kept good cooperation with Nanjing University. This Award has comparable influences on Nanjing University or other universities in Nanjing. NCM has kept longer-term good relationship with Nanjing University. Every year, NCM recruits several graduates from Nanjing University. Moreover, NCM also provides practice opportunities to Nanjing University students. NCM prepared considerable efforts on fresh graduate trainings. Therefore, both students and teachers of Nanjing University formed favorable impression on NCM. This award represented that Nanjing University gave full affirmation to NCM. Meanwhile, this award helps NCM to step further for setting up an outstanding employer brand.
Every year, Nanjing University only selects 8 outstanding organizations/enterprises. Following well-known organizations/enterprises had received this Award in the past: Chinese Foreign Ministry, MOFCOM and other Chinese ministries/commissions, including Bank of China, Construction Bank of China, China Telecom, Loreal, IBM, Citibank, P&G, DTT, PPG Industries, CGNPC, and so on. The selection process is very strict and impartial. Every year, the candidate list was recommended by schools, and later selected by University leaders.
This year, following organizations/enterprises won this award: NCM, IBM (China), KPMG (China), Citibank (China), China Meteorological Bureau, Purple Hills Observatory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and China Guangdong Nuclear Uranium Resources Co., Ltd. NCM delegation consists of Senior Vice President Mr. Ma Guozhen, Vice President Mr. Mao Bo, E1 Sales Director Ms. Liao Lijing, HR Manager of East China Region Mr. Tang, Nanjing Office Manager Ms. Cui. Before the ceremony, Mr. Ma and Mr. Mao held friendly communication with Mr. Hong, the secretary of the party committee. Mr. Hong spoke highly of NCM`s outstanding platform and appreciated NCM`s support. Mr. Hong expressed that he hoped two parties can continue the friendly cooperation and urged the cooperation to a new stage
