NCM won a New Award on HR Summit Forum

The 7th New Manpower Summit Forum subjected “Facing a Severe Situation, HR Management Innovation & Transformation” was held in Guangzhou Westin Hotel on Sep 21, 2012. There were nearly 1000 participants taking part in this summit forum, such as governmental leaders from HR and Security section, renowned economists, scholars, well-know enterprise CEOs, HR directors, and industrial HR leaders. NCM was also invited to join in the Summit Forum. NCM HR director Ms. Jian Zhimin received an award named “The Best HR Management Practice Award”. She shared her experience with industrial counterparts on current HR Management innovation and transformation during a media interview. There were five enterprise HR leaders who also won “The Best HR Management Practice Award”. They are from Guangdong branch of China Unicom, Guangzhou Netease Information Technology, Danone Yili, and Guanzhou Kingkeys. The Most Harmonious Enterprise Award was presented to LG, China Unicom, Digital China, Ping An Bank, and Chow Tai Seng. The New Manpower Summit Forum was organized by China Talent Group and <New Manpower> Magazine, and co-organized by China Association of Labor Studies, and China Labor Wage Research Institute of Human Resources and Social Security Section. Since 2006, this summit forum has been successfully held for six times. It is regarded as the most professional HR Industry Forum. Meanwhile, it has become the most influential HR meeting in China.
