Summer delegation from Chemical School of Nanjing University & Welcome Party for Fresh NCMERS of East China Region

It was the first time that Summer Delegation from Chemical School of Nanjing University visited NCM in 2009. Now it is the fourth time that the same delegation visits NCM on July 16th, 2012. NCM top leaders, outstanding young employees, and new staff of East China Region offered a warm reception to the summer delegation (totally 26 people) from Chemical School of Nanjing University. The interecommunion for the summer delegation was held in the Auditorium of NCM Changshu Head Office. NCM Vice President Mr. Ma Guozhen, Vice President Mr. Mao Bo, President Assistant Mr. Matthew Poon, E1 Sales Director Ms. Miao Lijing, E2 Sales Director Mr. Chen Zhigang, East HR Manger Mr. Tang Rui attended the interecommunion. Mr. Ma delivered an opening speech. He welcomed his alumnus from Nanjing University. Meanwhile, he shared Mr. Dai Anbang’s definition of “Suffering losses”. Mr. Dai Anbang was the Dean of Chemical school of Nanjing University. Mr. Ma encouraged his alumnus to bear losses, exercise training on minds and wills, and pursue a higher realm. He wished that everyone could realize his dream. Following, Mr. Chen Zhigang gave an overall speech on company concept, development process, talent reserve, and company culture. Everyone formed a better understanding towards NCM’s company culture. During free discussion period, summer delegation members initiated many questions, such as “what is the job allocation in NCM?”, “what is NCM’s promotion standard?”, “What is your suggestion to a job seeker of Chemical School?”.  Mr. Mao and Mr. Pan offered brief but clear answers to each question. Meanwhile, outstanding employees offered their working experience to the delegation. The summer delegation members were very grateful to NCM. In the evening, a welcome party for fresh NCMers was held in Auditorium of NCM Changshu Head Office. The party shows NCM’s hospitality and new NEWer’s good mental attitutes. All programs were well-prepared outside the work time. Guests were very impressed by the hot dances, funny dramas, and wonderful games.  In this May, NCM signed University-enterprise Cooperation Agreements with Nanjing University. In July, summer delegation from Chemical School of Nanjing University visited NCM again. Through this visit, NCM enhanced the friendship with Nanjing University. NCM staff was touched by NCMers’ cooperation consciousness, team spirits, and enthusiastic mental outlook displayed on the welcome party. We believe NCM would be injected full of vigor and vitality from now on.
