On the morning of May, 29th, 2012, Nanjing University Delegation visited NCM Changshu Head Office. The delegation includes the Director of Student Employment Guidance Center Mr. Lan Yaming, Party Secretary of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering School of Nanjing university Mr. Jia Xudong, and 12 other representatives. NCM President Mr. Pan Minqi, Senior Vice President Mr. Ma Guozhen, Vice President Mr. Mao Bo, HR director Ms. Jian Zhimin offered a warm reception to the guests from Nanjing University.
University-enterprise cooperation ceremony is held in NCM Changshu head office. The meeting is hosted by Ms. Miao Lijin, who is the E1 Sales Director. Mr. Lan Shiming delivers a speech at the beginning. He points out University-enterprise cooperation is a good and indispensable way to cultivate student’s professional competence. He wishes that more and more students of Nanjing University could understand NCM’s management and NCM’s company culture through NCM platform. Mr. Jia Xudong says Nanjing University and NCM has kept good cooperation since the establishment of NCM scholarship in 2004. Nanjing University has been determined to provide the best education for undergraduate courses, and cultivate more inter-disciplinary talents for the society. “Today, I am proud of Nanjing University. Tomorrow, Nanjing University will proud of me.” Mr. Jia sent these words to Mr. Ma who is an outstanding alumnus of Nanjing University. Meanwhile, Mr. Jia encouraged all alumni with these words. On behalf of NCM, Mr. Ma welcomes the teachers and students from Nanjing University. Mr. Ma, graduating from Nanjing University in 1966, shares his study and undertaking experience. Mr. Ma is always proud of Nanjing University. He is very grateful to his alma mater. He encourages everyone to cultivate the ability to bear losses and hardships. Mr. Ma expects to strength the cooperation between Nanjing University and NCM. Meanwhile, he gave his best wishes to Nanjing University.
After active and deep discussion, Nanjing University and NCM sign University-enterprise Cooperation Agreements on the basis of consensus and win-win. The Agreements mainly include following items:
1.Nanjing University engages NCM President Mr. Pan as a Master tutor of Chemical Engineering of Nanjing University.
2.Two parties signed two agreements, <University-enterprise Talent Cooperation Agreement> and <NCM sponsoring Nanjing University Table Tennis Team>
3.Nanjing University awards NCM a plaque, saying "Employment Practice Base for the students from Chemistry and Chemical Engineering School of Nanjing University". The officially establishment of the Employment Practice Base will help to build closer relationship between two parties. Therefore, two parities will tap their respective advantages to promote the mutual development.
At the end of the meeting, Nanjing University alumni who work in NCM shared their work experience with Nanjing University Delegation. Leaders of Nanjing University quite appreciate alumni’s working attitude, that is, “Work hard and enjoy life” and “Seeking survival within 8 working hours and seeking development outside working hours”. This meeting was held during the 110th Birthday of Nanjing University, so NCM President Mr. Pan presented a piece of “Consensus” calligraphy works. Mr. Pan wished that University and enterprises could complement each other`s advantages, reach consensus, and seek development. As the series of cooperation agreement signed, Nanjing University and NCM strengthen the long term cooperation relationship. Nanjing University can give full play to its own advantage for academic research, so it can provide talents and a full range of help. While cooperating with Nanjing University, NCM will continue to improve its innovation ability. Two parties will achieve a win-win situation during the cooperation, so they can create a new way to cultivate the talents. Moreover, two parties can realize the sustainable development. |
