More than 120 talents all over the nation gathering together at NCM Changshu Office took part in the group training in this extremely hot July. This training is significant to everyone’s entire life. NCM gives us food for thoughts, Life of a baptism, so we reinforce our belief and consolidate our dreams. Far away from graduation sadness, doting elders at home, the ivory tower of the campus, we will set sail on NCM Chemical Distribution Aircraft Carrier.
NCM senior officials well planned a 5-day group training for us. The training included following courses:
"Join in NCM", "NCM Overview", "Product Overview", "Sales Process", "Business Etiquette", " Effective Communication", "Scientific Working Methods " and "The first dialogue between my first career and me". On the first day of the group training, NCM Senior Vice President Mr. Ma and Vice President Mr. Mao respectively made detailed presentation. They shared their ways to the success and encouraged us to work hard to realize NCM`s Great Vision, that is, "Preferred Partner for Current and Emerging Market Leaders!"
The training staff was very passionate; their courses were quite easy for us to understand. After taking their classes, we do not only learn NCM`s great sagacity, but also its profoundness; NCM is not only one of the industry leaders, but the gentleman of the industry; we do not only gain some knowledge about our company but also learn how to appreciate and reward.
At the end of the training classes, Mr. Ma and Mr. Mao awarded certificates and gifts to excellent team and individuals.

Class VI:Wang Dan, Huang Shijie, Zhao Huan, Cao Wei;
Class XI:Wang Yanping, Zhu Huina, Gao Yibing, Jiao Chengjie.
Our company arranged the "Changshu Culture Trip" on the fifth day; the culture trip helped us familiar with company culture and local culture. All fresh employees visited places of interests in Changshu, enjoyed the beautiful mountains &rivers, and appreciated the magical legend of this beautiful historical city. Everyone was so impressed by the beautiful scenery and great culture. Our company also prepared a rich culture feast for us that night. At the feast, we cheered and drunk, all of us formed a wonderful memory on the unique cultural food. The group training ended when we finished the dinner.
A bright future requires day-to-day hard work; a promising plan requires step by step action.
Although the group training ended, our career just began. We know the process might be difficult, but the future is certainly bright. Life is the most precious thing we have; everyone only has one life. How to spend one’s life? Many years later, when someone recalls the past, he should not regret for wasting his life, he should not feel ashamed of his mediocrity.
