——2010 New Staff Training rounded off


During August 5th to 9th, a five-day training for 2010 new staff in east China region was held in the head office of NCM in Changshu. Senior Vice President Mr. Ma Guozhen, east China region Sales Director Mr. Mao Bo and Marketing Manager Ms. Hu Zhihong acted as the supervisor for this training session. Other lecturers included Product Director Mr. Shen Mengchuan, Mr. Soong Jiaping, assistant to Sales Director Mr. Chen Zhigang, sales manager for Nanjing office Mr. Li Hao, Sales Manager for Hangzhou office Mr. Zhu Hongbo, Product Manager Ms. Li Yayun and so on. 61 new employees from east China region and part of southwest and southeast region, and 44 employees who joined the company in 2009 and 2010 participated in the training session.     
The training started with Mr. Ma’s speech, which promoted awareness and understanding of NCM. Mr. Mao talked about how to have correct mentality and how to fit into the company quickly. And the lecturer’s group prepared for the training very carefully and the lectures were accompanied by video, games, questions and answers to arouse the enthusiasm of the participants. Materials selected included basic skills, guidelines, resources, products and so on, which laid the ground work for their future work. The training included a one-day trip around Changshu. The participants enjoyed the beautiful scenery and got a general idea of the history of the city. Meanwhile, they realized why NCM choose Changshu office as its administrative center. All the participants were satisfied with the five-day long training which was informative and successful.
During the training, the trainers organized surveys on training satisfaction. The survey invested four aspects, from organizing of the training session, type of training, schedule, and self evaluation of the trainees.
This training session promoted the awareness of NCM, helped the new staff to fit into the company, get to know the process and products. During the training, all the participants collaborated with each other which left a deep impression on the staff of the company. These new staff breathed new life to the company. Hope that they would become the employees that will never let NCM down, as president Pan would like them to be.
