Ter Engineering plastic (Suzhou) Ltd held its formal opening ceremony in Fangbang Industrial Park in Changshu on July 8, 2010. Vice-chairman of the standing committee of the people`s congress of Changshu Mr. Wen Yongchang, vice director of High Tech Industry Park Mr. Zhang Jianqiang, president of Ter Group Mr. Christian Westphal, chairman of Ter Group Mr. Klaus Westphal, President of Ter Engineering Plastic Dr. Koehler, Senior vice president of NCM Mr. Ma Guozhen and other leaders attended the opening ceremony and made speech respectively.         Ter Engineering plastic (Suzhou) Ltd is a joint venture invested by Hersbit Chemical and Ter Group, involving a total investment of 30 million and a total land area of 3000 square meters. This joint venture specializes in researching and production of high performance compounding to compensate the insufficient production of high quality compounding in China.         President of Ter Engineering Plastic (Suzhou) Ltd Dr. Koehler said in his speech, in the past two years, Ter Engineering was like a new-born baby. Ter group and NCM which are from different countries were the parents of this baby. These two companies complement each other and cooperate sincerely for a bright prospect. And then vice director of CEDZ Mr. Zhang Jianqiang made a speech for the ceremony. He commented on the geographic advantages of Fangbang Industrial Park, and expressed best wishes for the joint venture. Secretary Wen, Mr. Pan and president of Ter Group Mr.Christian Westphal pushed the button for the extruder and started the opening ceremony.         Ter Engineering Plastic (Suzhou) Ltd is an important project for Hersbit Chemical to realize its diversified development.
