NJU visited NCM and Communication Meeting for New Staffs in East China Region Held Successfully

A delegation from the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Nanjing University (NJU) visited NCM on July 12. And NCM held a communicating meeting both for the delegation and for the new employees in East China region. Senior vice president Mr. Ma Guozhen, East China Region Sales Director Mr. Mao Bo, Product Director Mr. Shen Mengchuan, East China Region Assistant Sales Director Mr. Chen Zhigang and other company leaders attend the meeting. Besides, the delegation of about 20 students and teachers from NJU, some of NCM’s main employees, and new staff of 2009 and 2010 were also present.         Communicating meeting started with a speech by Mr.Ma, in which he expressed his warm welcome to the delegation from NJU, and shared his experience with them. Mr.Ma graduated from the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Nanjing University in 1966. His school life was still vivid in his mind after over forty years. He encouraged everyone that only those who can face up to the hardships could reach the top the mountain. And then NCM sales director Mr. Mao made an introduction of the history, strategy and advantages of NCM, sharing the philosophy and culture of the company. HR manager Ms. Ji Xiaoqian introduced recent recruitment of new staff and sincerely invited graduates from NJU to join NCM. Finally, a new colleague Miss. Cui Yali who was a graduate from NJU shared her life in NCM. She said that she was attracted by the NCM’s culture, philosophy and prospect. She entered NCM because of gratitude as she received NCM scholarship in university.              This communicating meeting increased NJU’s knowledge to the scale and culture of NCM, and helps NCM to attract talented people from NJU. At the same time, new employees are better able to blend to the big family of NCM. The most important part of this communicating meeting is Mr. Ma’s speech, in which he shared his life experience with all the people present. And the new staff promise that they will inherit NCM`s fine traditions and create a brilliant future together.
