A Letter of Thanks from Panda Base

The Director of China Wolong National Nature Reserve Bureau Mr. Zhang Hemin, one of the Top Panda Experts, sent a letter of thanks to NCM and President Mr. Pan Minqi on Sep 23, 2013. Mr. Pan Minqi has been very concerned with Panda Breeding for the past decade. He doesn’t only adopt a Panda for life-long time, but also provide great financial support to Panda Base. Panda Base staff is very gratitude towards NCM and Mr. Pan Minqi for their selfless assistance. Panda houses were damaged during Wenchuan Earthquake (May, 12, 2008) and Ya’an Earthquake (Apr, 20, 2013), so leaders of Panda Base turned to Mr. Pan for help. NCM sent the sunlight-plates specially imported from France to Ya’an, and helped to rebuild the panda house. Therefore, Mr. Zhang Hemin wrote a letter of thanks to NCM to express their gratitude to NCM and Mr. Pan Minqi.
